Select the plan below that matches where you schooled, then click Order Now to open our secure form. Fill in your requesting organisation's email and your educational credentials. Complete payment of ₦19,000 for Nigerian institutions or ₦28,000 for international institutions to submit your order.
Step 2
In the form, you will need to submit one educational credential, such as a graduation certificate, student ID, statement of result, admission letter or matriculation number. You'll also provide one valid ID, such as a NIN card or slip, voter’s card, driver’s license, international passport, birth certificate or staff ID.
Step 3
Our procurement team reviews your submission to confirm everything is accurate. Within 12 — 24 hours you will then receive an email letting you know your transcript retrieval has begun, or flagging any errors that need correcting. Double check the email address on your form so you don't miss these updates.
Step 4
Your official transcript and details are sent directly to your requesting organisation within four to five days. To keep you in the loop, we email you a verifiable delivery report at the same time. The moment the organisation confirms receipt, you're copied in, and your order is officially marked complete.

Official transcripts are issued by your educational institution, not by Transcript NG. We retrieve your record directly from the institution and manage the certification and delivery process on your behalf, so you don't have to navigate it yourself.

No. We only facilitate sending official transcripts directly to the requesting organisation. If you need a personal copy, you can request an unofficial transcript, sometimes called a student copy, directly from your university as it is not often a timely service.
